This is the second quest in the Rallos Zek deity quest line.  Tychus tells you that the totem you obtained must be taken to the island of Zek. The orcs there have lost their faith in Rallos Zek and it must be restored with the totem.  Your first objective will be to find a sawmill with a giant axe in order to split the totem. The Totem will be cut into 3 equal pieces to give to each of the 3 orc tribes that are in the war torn land of Zek.

That axe is at -409 -27 -291 near the defiled forest marker on your map.  With the totem split into three equal pieces head to 546 -16 21 where you will find a Tallon Zek shaman for your first update.  He will disbelieve you and this will open up a mini side quest where you must kill “A Tallon Champion” who is on a stump near the shaman.  The champion is a level 35 high end soloable monster that you should be able to dispatch. 

After killing the champion convincing the Tallon Zek shaman you will head off to the Vallon Zek Shaman.  Unfortunately like the Tallon Shaman the Vallon Shaman will not believe you and you will have to complete another mini quest.  This one you will need to kill 7 greenhoods that are in the area and any greenhood will do.  If you are worried about the faction decrease with the greenhoods it will only decrease your faction by 700 points.  With the deed done head back to the Vallon Shaman who will now believe you about Rallos Zek’s return.

Your next stop will be your final one where you must convince the Sullon Zek orcs that Rallos Zek their true god has returned.  The shaman is located within the fort you go to for an update to the GreenHood Heritage Quest.  There maybe a named target near the shaman but you can talk to the shaman from atop the tent at -218 -25 -95 bypassing the name.  This time you get some revenge by killing some Sullon Orcs cutting out their tongues.  Sadly you need to kill Sullon Centurions who are uncommon spawns but do have fixed locations.  Another good point is you only need to kill 4 Centurions in order to update the quest.
