Warden Epic

This is the epic quest for the warden class in EverQuest 2. The quest is a very long and difficult one requiring various zones in Norrath to complete it. Your first stop will be the Trakaraptor Alley nearing Outer Sebilis. It is here that you will need to camp and wait for a named creature to spawn. The creature you need is A Shifting Elemental.

The Shifting Elemental creature is a level 80 ^^^ mob, however with the warden's main attack that deals double damage to elementals it is more like level 80 ^. Make sure to alternate your AoE root and single target root because the mob will frequently break free from time to time.

After killing the shifting elemental loot the shifting elemental shard and examine it to start your quest. Your first task will be to find an arch druid to tell you more information about the shard. The arch druid you need is in the Darklight woods in the shadowed oak on the 3rd floor. She will instruct you that you need to find four elemental wounded beings to find out what is happening.

The air elemental is in the Ryjesium Peaks and isn’t hard to locate if you follow the path from Teren’s Gasp towards Dreg’s Landing. To help him with the information you will need to gather his air scout wisps. These are found along the edge near the waterfall going towards dregs landing. They are harvestable creatures and take about 1-2min to respawn. Once you collect all 10 wisps head back to him to turn them in and receive your update.

The Fire elemental is in the Skyfire Mountains in the Jarsath Wastes. You will want to head North from the Sokokar post and you will find the wounded on a rock in the lava area. Unfortunately you may get jumped by mobs while doing this quest, however they are soloable. The fire wounded will tell you to take rock samples from the 2 remaining lava lakes in the Skyfire Mountains. The first one is just South of the Sokokar post and is easy to get to. The second lake is a bit hard because it is near Veeshan’s Peak, but not overly difficult. You can stand on the edge to grab the sample not going directly into the lava itself. Once you collect the two samples head back to the wounded she/it will tell you everything is fine.

Your next stop will be the Omen’s Churn in Fens of Narsath. You will find it amongst the docile water elementals near the Yha-lei creatures. The wounded will task you with hurting Yha-lei hydromancers down to 30% then using the device it gives you to siphon their power away. OOnce you have done this 10 times head back to the wounded who will say all is clear.

Your final task will be to head back to Kunzar Jungle to find the wounded earth elemental. The mob spawns in Trakaraptor alley not to far away from where you found your starter. You must hail the mob and walk up to it till it becomes an attackable mob. Once you spawn the wounded earth elemental prepare for a fight. Use your root and nuke technique like you did on the shift elemental and you will be fine. Head back to the arch druid turning in fire, water, and air in any order you want. Turn in Earth for your last one so you receive credit for all of your quests.

The arch druid will inform you that the earth wounded had a powerful weapon called Bite of the Wolf with him. Sadly the weapon may have been destroyed or stolen and you need to forge a new one. She will task you with finding water, air and fire bindings to imbue the weapon with.

(Note: Do not set looting to round robin while trying to get epic updates. There have been problems in the past with it.)

Air: According to Har K’Vizin this can be found on young Drolvarg warrior who has never given up the item. The creature you need to find and slay is Levik who is in Karnor’s Castle. To reach Levik you will need to head straight from the zone-in in Kanor's Castle heading to the main Foyer Building, Make a right up the stairs, Make another right and finally a left. On a little secluded purch you will find Sergeant Levik or his Place Holder. DO NOT!! battle Levik on that little purch because he has a possibility to fall through the wall. However make sure your group is against the wall because the mob has a significant Knockback. If you do not have your back against the wall it will throw you off the ledge into the water.

Water: According to strange tales it maybe found on high-ranking b>Di’zok that reside within Chardok. Unfortunately for this update you will need to head past the red gate in Chardok to the Palace. It is here near/in the palace you will find Gorowyn Archmagi. It is the Gorowyn Archmagi that will have the update you need. UpUpdates are random and can take one kill or many kills so you will have to be patient.

Fire: You are to head into Sebilis specifically the Labratory area to find an iksar with this item in his/her possession. Your target location is -310 -25 375 which is behind a secret bookcase. On a table you will find a clickable candle that will open up the bookcase. The placeholder for Master Arcanist Guroth is an Apprentice. With all the items in hand you will head back to the Arch Druid to receive further instructions.

The arch druid will send you to another druid in the upper part of the tree. Talking to master druid you will find out you only have the elemental binds and you now need to reconstruct the blade itself. There are 3 parts necessary for the blade to work properly. You will need a magnetically balanced core, 20 sinew pieces and the scroll of a druid.
