This quest is only obtainable if you have the expansion pack Kingdom of Sky for EverQuest 2. You must be level 60 or above in order to obtain the quest from the quest giver. The quest begins in North Qeynos and is the good side starter of the Claymore Quest line. You will talk to Highkeep who is located in the North Qeynos Bar named P.T. Irontoe.

Highkeep will tell you that the Qeynos Claymore is a mysterious and powerful item that resided within Qeynos. However the item was stolen by a band of thieves and was taken to the newly discovered Overrealm or Kingdom of Sky. At the end of the conversation you will be issued this quest.

This quest is very easy and all you have to do to update it is journey to Tenebrous Tangle then talk to Jabber Longwind.  Luckly you will be transported infront of your objective target.

Jabber longwind who will tell you abit about the Hooluks, the Droags and the Aviaks as well as what is going on in the Overrealm. Jabber will then point you to Murrar Shar in the Hidden Refuge which is through the archway and down the waterfall. The best way to get there is to zoom out to 3rd person and aim for the small patch of blue water on the top right side of the circular pond. If you land successfully you will now swim out and head toward the Qeynosian encampment. Murrar is at +192 -236 +185 in the Tenebrous Tangle zone and when you talk to him your quest will update automatically. You will now be issued the new quest Burglars Afoot which takes place directly in the Tenebrous Tangle Realm.
