This quest is solely done inside Nektropos Castle and is a bit of a pain but can be done quickly. Your first job is to head all the way down into the belly of Nektropos and head into the store house area where you will examine a crate. If you can I recommend running away from the dolls because you will need them later on for one of your updates to this quest.

You will begin the quest by going under Elise's bedroom where if you're lucky a named doll called "Billy" will spawn. This little dude will pester you throughout the first leg of this quest and you will have to get use to him. Once you slay him go into the little dinning area that is near the hidden wall you enter to gain access to the area below Elise's Bedroom. Again if you are lucky enough Billy will spawn again and you will slay him a second time to receive the second update to this quest. After this you will head to the chapel area which is past the prison and Billy should spawn in this room. For the third and final time you will slay him and you have had enough of this darn dolly.

Head off to the library which is in the middle part of Nektropos Castle adjacent to the dinning hall on the 2nd floor. You will need to complete a side quest in order to gain access to the library which isn't too difficult. All you have to do is get the black eyes from a boars head put them in the boars head in the kitchen to receive the barracks key. Head to the barracks and open a chest to receive some red marbles which you put in the boars head you got the black eyes from. This gives you the library key allowing you to access the next part of your quest. It is in the library behind the bookcase in the secret study where you will find a book about Billy. The book will direct you to the courtyard in Nektropos Castle where Billy will spawn.

I recommend pressing your hail button because you can't double click him and you may bug yourself if you try otherwise. Billy will cower at you asking you to not hurt him and as much as you would like to cut him up you will need to get information from him. You will need to tempt him with 5 shiny coins which is 5 gold coins from your own pocket so come prepared to pay for the info. If you try to make him tell you there is a possibility you might bug yourself having to exit the castle then re-enter. Being nice to Billy giving him 5 shiny gold coins he will tell you to seek out the froglok ghost located inside the prison. The froglok ghost needs three things to help him out and you are tasked with finding these three things.

First thing you need is 21 nyth dolls and luckily if you did not kill those in the basement you can use those as the update. There are also some triggered nyth dolls near the final door to Everling that will count towards the update as well. If you need more in 1 of the 6 rooms that belongs to Everling's daughters you will find atleast 6 or so. However you will need to go near the bed in order to make them spawn and once that is done you will need Fiendish Blood. Luckily you don't need that nasty level 40+ ^^^ epicx2 monster but a less powerful Lamia who is level 35 ^^. You will have to enter the library and exit into the main hallway in order to make her spawn for you. With those two items in your back pocket you now need the meat of the Swine Lord who spawns in the stable area with the pigs.

Unfortunately this part is tricky and you will need to kill the pigs in order to make them spawn. However if you have not killed any of the named monsters and you don't have a lockout timer "Press P, select details, and select a book saying zone timer" you can bypass this. You can exit and re enter the castle checking the stables until the Swine Lord is up. With all the ingredients collected head back to the froglok ghost who will tell you the item you seek is in a chest.

One thing to note is Everling will not give up this curious relic so willingly and you will need to slay him. With Everling dead you will head to the room with the unusual portal and open the chest claiming your prize. Congratulations on completing another Heritage Quest within EverQuest 2.
