Unfortunately to begin this quest you must be atleast level 28 or higher. To initiate this quest your first objective will be to track down a tricky little ratonga named Stilleto who wanders around the giant area and skin dancer gnoll area in the lower eastern part near cold wind coast. You will need to get 1 order per person in your group and sadly I don't know the respawn time on Stilleto himself so it could be an all day affair but a fair guess is 30 min to 1 hour respawn timer at most. Once each person has the quest in their book you will have to enter the Cove of Decay killing the Octogorgon to open a chest near the ship. This is a good reason to do the An Axe From The Past HQ before this one so you can get a double bonus.
Once you kill the Octogorgon in the instanced zone of CoD you will dive to the lake floor clicking the chest to receive a decayed hand. It is best to let the tank do this because only 1 person may retrieve the hand and after that you will need to head to the camp surrounded by skeletons. Arriving at this camp you will want to clear out the area to prevent unnecessary problems that may arise while you try to complete this first part. Have your party stand back and once they have the tank will throw the hand into the fire spawning a nasty 30-32 epicx2 monster with a friend. This guy is seriously under estimated and can wipe you out if you're not careful with him. Best bet is to treat him like a 36 epicx2 mob and go at him quickly burning him down. Paladins are seriously good tanks in this scenario since they are partial to killing undead monsters and if you have skeleton master strikes use them.
After dispatching this particularly nasty creature you will receive an update being directed to head into the Ruins of Varsoon. The place to find your next update is in the enchanter room of RoV where you will right click a book receiving the update you need. With everyone update it will become a camping session where you will need to kill a named mob called Weavemaster Esh'Rax who spawns near the book of life. His Place Holder *PH* is the skeleton that spawns atop the pillar near the stair case and it may take 9 times to get the named mob to spawn. I have timed this out and it can take 15 minutes per respawn with a simple bit of math being (15x9)=125 min now divide by 60 and you get about a 2hr and some odd minute wait time. Hopefully if you're lucky it won't take that long and you will be able to proceed onto the next part of the quest without too much waiting.
With the Weavemaster slain you will get a recipe for which to make the "Shroud of the Manastone" which you will have to head back to town for. I don't know if this part has updated but last time you needed a particular rare item called a glimmering tooth. After combining your enchanted linen, sullied medium quality pelt, and glimmering tooth you will now have to kill the big guy himself Varsoon. The Chamber of Immortality requires you to do an access quest in order to enter so best to do it before hand. You receive it from a hermit and the quest's title is "Where Will This Lead Me?" which after completing it grants entrance into the Chamber of Immortality. Entering into the chamber you will find Varsoon the Immortal which will start a ring even as someone approaches him.
I recommend the stair method in which the tank goes down and everyone remains in the little hall way area/near the stairs. This way if you have a wipe or need to mana regen the creatures won't aggro onto you killing you while you're unprepared. After 3 rounds of the nasty tentacle guys a Lamia will spawn which is a pain because she is a caster class with some nasty spells. Once you dispatch the Lamia possibly reaping a nice master chest if you're lucky Varsoon will become attackable. Varsoon is not a hard boss however he can be very tough if you're not prepared for him so be ready. Once you kill Varsoon the Immortal head to the left from where you will loot the chest for the Manastone completing your Stilleto's Orders Intercepted quest.
Congratulations on completing Stilleto's Orders Intercepted and receiving the very cool Manastone 1.0 items. It is an invaluable item in a heavy fight because it will turn 100 points or so of health into a 100+points of mana for you. Even as a level 70 I still use this item having it on a hotbar for quick easy access for tough fights when I need extra mana.
