Looted Language Quests

Looted languages quests come off of various mobs.  The usual pattern is to kill a mob and loot a starter.  After examining the item you have to loot 5-12 more starter items which auto-update your quest.  Looting the last one completes the quest and you will no longer see the quest starter item.
