The Temple Of Kor'shaa

Zone Walkthrough/Information

The next mobs to face are Aktar The Dark and Uthtak The Cruel plus 3 heroic Sarnak adds. This fight can be very difficult if you do not have a well geared offtank. There are different strategies for dealing with this mob, but the best one is to have 3 tanks. Your main tank will pull Aktar The Dark to where he is standing and have the Offtank pull Uthtak The Cruel back to the hallway which leads to the room the mobs are in. (Hallway you came from to reach this room) For your 3rd tank he/she will take the 3 adds and tank them.

This fight is not easy and will require ALOT of AoE DPS and careful debuffing of Uthtak The Cruel. During the fight Uthtak has a chance to reflect abilities and spells back onto the castor so single target debuffs are the best course. You will burn down the 3 heroic adds as quickly as possible then focus on Uthtak killing him as quickly as possible. After that head over to Aktar The Dark to take care of him and unleash everything. Unfortunately Aktar has a nasty AoE that not only damages anyone caught within the effect, but stuns them for 4-6 seconds. It's best to have 2 members in the Main Tank group that can activate an ability to resist the stun or out right prevent AoE abilities/effects from hitting.

Once you defeat these two have your main tank click on the little box on the ground near the corner where Dark and Cruel were at. This will give you a small item that when used on the statue of Atrebe will cause him to activate turning into a raid creature. The Statue of Atrebe is probably as easy as Uzdrak if not easier than him. Luckily the only ability he has that you have to worry about is a distance based AoE that does some nasty disease damage over time. With quick curing the AoE is relatively harmless and doesn't do much damage.

Having defeated The Statue of Atrebe you will head down the right path in the room that Dark and Cruel were in. You will encounter some more roamers, but there are only 2-3 of them left to deal with. When you find yourself in the room with the four fountains you will need to kill some assassin mobs. Have either a trigger person or the MT hop into the North East and South West found to trigger each mob. The mobs are level 83-84x4 assassin style mobs and will do a good bit of damage to the MT, but if you have a solid group it isn't a problem. Once both assassin are dispatched you will need to kill statues that are in the rooms of Zarda and Kodux. The statues are usually off to the left if you are facing the named mobs. There are also some statues in the main room where The Overking is located. You will need to take care of these before you go to take on The Overking.

Zarda and Kodux are the next to last fight and can be rather anoying if you arn't used to mobs that constantly change targets/memory wipe. Ontop of this their health must be kept within a certain boundary of 30% of each other. Example would be if Zarda's Health is 90% then Kodux's health shouldn't go below 62% because if it reaches 60% they will go into a berserk mode. They will both emit an aura and instantly start one shotting everyone within the raid. Another problem is during the fight both must be kept seperated because if they are together they will cause extra damage almost one shotting anyone they target.
