Veeshan's Peak 3rd Wing

Zone Walkthrough/Information

Defeating all of the dragons in the first and second wing now has unlocked the third and final wing of Veeshan's Peak. The only hard dragon to deal with in this area is possibly Silverwing and to a lesser extent Phara Dar and The Shade of Khalan Dar. On your way to your first encounter will be alot of roaming adds and there will be a hallway/room filled with lots of 86x4 droags. You do not have to fight all of these droags and can clear one side of the room to reach Travenro The Skygazer.

Reaching Travenro The Skygazer you will need to have your MT pull him into a corner and have your dps burn him down. During the fight little orbs will pop up and cause problems for the raid force. These orbs can cause knockbacks like the orbs inside the Palace Of The Awakened which when you near the knock you around. This can majorly disrupt healers trying to cast heal spells and your casters trying to get their spell combos off. It is recommended to keep the MT readied with a life save if heals don't get off as quickly as needed.

Once you defeat The Skygazer your next task is to head to Silverwing clearing a way through the adds. Getting to Silverwing can be tricky because of the wondering golem adds that can do some nasty damage to your MT. There are atleast 4 roaming golems and getting 2 golems at once can happen so be prepared with your offtank to grab one if this happens.

Silverwing after Nexona and Druushk was considered the hardest dragon within Veeshan's peak. She can crank out damage and during the fight you will need to have a certain class/player click on an object shiny in the room to deactivate her powers. Also during the fight you must keep the tank constantly healed because Silverwing can do some serious damage. During the fight you will have to keep a swashbuckler ready with Traumatic swipe so that when wingbeat hits *every 30 seconds* he/she can use that ability to extended wingbeat so it casts every 45 seconds.

For the person/class that is called the player will have their screen turn blue and they will have to find their way to said item. There are 4 scattered around the room with one being back towards where Silverwing spawns. The fighter candlestick is towards the southwest in silverwing's room while the Scout is towards the east. The Mage one is towards the Northwest while the Priest candlestick is near the west. Until these items are deactivated Silverwing will be immune to damage and unfortunately can still cast abilities including her AoE Wingbeat. Another thing to watchout for during the fight is switches that will be located behind silverwing and on the left and right side of Silverwing.

The final thing to watch out for is adds during the silverwing fight that start to occur around 60-64%. It is recommended to take care of the adds while Silverwing is immune to damage, but they must be kept off of the maintank to avoid adding extra damage. If you have a berserker with their mythical these are the best tanks to use as off tanks since their mythicals add hate over time with their incombat health regeneration.

After you defeat Silverwing your final fight will be Phara Dar and The Shadow of Khalan Dar. Both mobs are linked and as you pull one you pull the other one. You can pull these two wherever you want, but some tactics recommend you pull them towards the back wall of the area where Phara Dar spawns. When ready have the MT pull Phara Dar and have the main group concentrate on keeping the MT alive. The dps force of the raid including the extra healers will take on Khalan Dar and kill him first. Once Khalan Dar goes down you will take on Phara Dar burning her down. They have some rather nasty AoEs, but they arn't too devastating if both dragons are properly debuffed. Both tanks will be taking some serious damage and may require overhealing so healers should be prepared with life saves. The Warden Mythical has a nice ability that absorbs hits within a 10 second time frame. This mythical can be very helpful during this fight giving your tanks a fighting chance against the creatures.

Congratulations you've defeated all of Veeshan's peak and are ready to take on Lord Trakanon
