Innoruuk is the god of hate within EverQuest 2 and the ruler of the Shard of Hate.  His Avatar can be found in Nektulos Forest near the portal to the Shard of Hate.  The quest starter for this god can be found in Greater Faydark in a small little area near one of the base points to the Wizard Spire.
