WMithaniel Marr is the god of Valor within Everquest2.  His avatar can be found in the Commonlands near the Freeport Griffon Station.  The quest starter for this god can be found in Kelethin in a house near the broker.  If you go to the old Acorn lift  you will find it quite quickly
