*This creature can be a bit tricky because of where he spawns.* It's best to have people that are level 40+ to avoid aggroing the giants in the background.

You will want to have a warden in the MT group to group cure the trauma and elemental impairments. The strategy for this mob is to burn down his adds then focus on the boss. Throughout the fight he will put an elemental DoT on the raid force that can quickly sap health. Luckily having a healer that can group cure elemental impairments can solve this problem.
