Solusek's Fist is a particularly hard fight because of the amount of health the creature has and the AoE damage it does. It's best to have raid members with 60%+ fire resistance. As per usual standards you will want to burn down the adds first then concentrate on Solusek's Fist.

Like Vaz'Gok The Cursed Solusek's Fist has a nasty AoE stun ability, but it only lasts for 3-5 seconds. The hardest thing about this mob is the area it is in since it is easy to get adds with all the roaming golems around.
