Tunare is the Goddess of Growth in the world of Norrath.  Her avatar can be found in Lesser Faydark near the Great oak Tree.  The starter for the quest line can be found in Kelethin in a small hut.  If you go from the old acorn lift it will be the house directly in front of you.
